Close proximity to local attractions like The Galleria.
Housekeeping did not clean our room for three days. only made the beds on the last day.

missingWrote a review on Nov 16easy check-inwalking distance meal choiceslimited snack areapoor room view
Check-in was easy and accurate. There were many places within walking distance for meal choices. The computers in the business center were reliable for quick research and printing a boarding pass, which was helpful for my travel plans as a single traveler.
The snack/bar area in the lobby was limited. The room view was not one of the better ones available.

The location is top-notch and the rooms are spacious and tidy. Loved the comfy bed; it felt like a cloud! Perfect for a wedding stay!
Gum on the floor and an eager maid who barged in—talk about an unwanted surprise!

This was an excellent fit for my trip in Houston with good value. The location was convenient, right by great shopping spots. Be careful with personal items. reported issues about items being stolen from rooms.

missingWrote a review on Aug 02central locationcomfortable stayspacious parkinginconsistent housekeeping
The location excels, positioned within walking distance (less than ten minutes) of a prominent shopping destination and several restaurants, making it convenient for both leisure and needs. The King room offered a comfortable stay with a well-equipped microwave and refrigerator, essential for quick snacks or meals on the go.
Housekeeping left a lot to be desired, failing to clean rooms for three days and only making the beds on the final day. Additionally, the parking rate is on the steep side at $21 daily, which can add up quickly during extended stays. While the hotel may have spacious parking, the layout can feel somewhat cramped and the entrance less than flattering, tucked away in an alley.

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the Children's Museum and Houston Natural Science Museum, which were great spots. Check-in was smooth and the hotel was close to attractions. Be aware housekeeping might not come daily, but overall, the location is solid for a fun trip.
One downside was the inconsistent housekeeping during our stay.

Decent Stay, but Parking Surprise
The staff was super friendly and helped me find a great dinner spot. The room was clean and comfy, and I loved the bar area. Just a heads up though—don’t forget about the $21 parking fee, which caught me off guard. Also, no microwave in the room was a bummer since I like to heat up snacks.

missingWrote a review on May 26great locationeasy check-inexpensive parking
The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw from the Galleria Mall. Check-in was a breeze, and the receptionist was quite charming. Room was comfy enough to crash after a long day.
The only upgrade I spotted was an upgraded sense of confusion. Parking at $21 a night? I thought I was getting valet service, not a parking fee tour!

I had a nice chat with a staff member who turned out to be the GM, which made me feel valued, and the comfortable bed was a treat after a long day. The available leisure room and fun outdoor seating were great spots to relax. The only hiccup was the $21 daily parking fee, but overall, I’d definitely recommend this place! 😊
